When you get in touch

The contact forms ask for your name, email address and a brief message, with relevant preferences such as service and appointment format. Corporate enquiries also ask for company, location and group information. A telephone number is optional. We use these details to reply, discuss your enquiry and arrange a consultation or collaboration. Providing this information is voluntary; without a way to contact you, we cannot reply.

Enquiries about entering into an agreement are handled under GDPR Article 6(1)(b). Other correspondence is handled under Article 6(1)(f), based on our legitimate interest in responding to relevant enquiries and running the business. Information required by law, including accounting records where applicable, is handled under Article 6(1)(c).

Please keep your first message brief

The website form is for initial enquiries. Please do not send CPR numbers, medical records, diagnoses or other sensitive health information through the form or ordinary email. We can discuss an appropriate way to share relevant information when we speak. This notice covers the website and initial enquiries; information about any subsequent health-related records must be provided separately where applicable.

Website providers and security

The website is built and hosted through Looka's Duda platform. Hosting, form delivery and email services process information needed to operate the website and deliver your message. Technical information such as IP addresses and browser information may be processed for delivery, security and abuse prevention. Forms use Google reCAPTCHA for spam protection. Selected photographs are delivered from Pexels; loading them connects your browser to its image service, which receives technical information such as your IP address.

Some service providers may process information outside the EU/EEA. Applicable safeguards and transfer information depend on the provider and service. Contact us for information about the providers involved in your enquiry and the relevant data-protection arrangements.

Cookies and your choices

We use Termly to display the consent banner and remember your cookie choices. Optional tracking provided by the website platform is disabled. Necessary cookies and similar storage may still support security, website delivery and your consent settings.

You can review cookie categories, see the cookie policy and change or withdraw optional consent at any time through Cookie preferences. The same link is available in the footer on every page. Termly retains the consent choice in your browser for up to 12 months. Deleting browser storage may cause the banner to appear again.

Optional cookie processing, when enabled, relies on your consent under GDPR Article 6(1)(a). Declining optional cookies does not prevent you from reading the website or contacting us. See Termly's Privacy Policy for information about the consent service.

Google reCAPTCHA is used for spam protection; its processing is described in Google's Privacy Policy. Links to Instagram and LinkedIn take you to those services, where their own privacy and cookie settings apply. You can also manage stored cookies through your browser settings.

How long is information kept?

Enquiry information is kept only for as long as needed to handle the enquiry and any resulting agreement, follow-up or legal obligation. The relevant period depends on the purpose of the correspondence, whether an ongoing relationship is established and any applicable record-keeping requirements. Contact us to ask about the retention of your specific information.

Your rights

Subject to the conditions in data-protection law, you can request access, correction, deletion or restriction of your personal data. You may also have the right to data portability and to object to processing based on legitimate interests. Where processing relies on consent, you can withdraw it at any time without affecting processing that took place before withdrawal.
