The planning method
The plan must survive the week.
An executive plan is useful only when it still makes sense after a late meeting, a flight or a poor night. We define the priority first, then build smaller versions around it.
One priorityKnow what the week is trying to protect.
Three versionsFull, reduced and minimum viable.
Scheduled reviewAdjust with evidence from real weeks.
Choose the constraint
Different week. Same direction.
Select the situation that most often breaks your routine. The example shows the planning conversation; it is not an individual exercise prescription.
Constraint / fragmented calendar
Protect the appointment.
When the diary fills in small pieces, the first task is to reserve a realistic window and decide in advance what can be shortened.
Choose one or two anchor sessions
Place them before optional activity
Write the reduced version beside the full version
Example planning logic
Choose a version below to trace its route.
FullPlanned session and agreed focus.
ReducedFewer exercises or less volume; the priority remains.
MinimumA short action that keeps the routine visible.
Duration and content are agreed from your experience, goals, setting and current capacity. More is not automatically better.

Is this a medical executive check-up?
No. Current services focus on movement, training and education, delivered by Zacharias Razvi, a final-semester physiotherapy student. They do not include medical screening, diagnosis or authorised physiotherapy.
Can my assistant arrange the appointment?
Yes. An assistant can coordinate location and possible times. Your personal goals and any relevant health information are discussed directly with you.
Can my employer arrange the service?
An employer may arrange and pay for the service. The scope, invoicing and communication arrangements are agreed beforehand. Personal information is not included in routine employer reporting.
Is unlimited access included?
No. Appointments and reviews are scheduled. Contact arrangements and any additional sessions are agreed in advance; no subscription starts automatically.
What should I include in the first enquiry?
Your preferred format, location and a few possible time windows are enough to begin. Please do not send medical records or detailed health history through the website form.
