One-time downloads will not start a subscription. HTML requires a modern browser. PDF form support varies by reader. Internet access is needed for login, delivery and source links. Offline editions can be kept for personal use; redistribution or resale is not included.
The final total, applicable taxes, seller’s full postal details and delivery terms will be shown before a future payment. Initial sales are being prepared for customers in Denmark. Cross-border availability and German paid editions are not launched.
After a future payment.

- A receipt identifies the product, amount and access instructions.
- The customer receives a secure download.

No card details are entered on these preview pages. An abandoned or declined payment must not grant paid access. These payment steps are not active yet.
Withdrawal, problems and cancellation.
Consumer rights apply to digital content. Immediate delivery can affect withdrawal rights only when the relevant legal conditions are met, including the necessary consent and acknowledgement. The final checkout must explain this before payment and confirm the agreement in a durable form.
A blanket “no refunds” notice is not used. Report faulty, inaccessible or misdescribed content to info@zachperformance.com. Statutory rights remain unaffected.

Your learning notes.
Planner entries are processed within the page and are not sent to ZACH. Reading progress is optional and stays in your browser. Clearing browser storage removes it. A downloaded plan is your local file.
Account and payment data will be handled through configured providers under their stated purposes and ZACH’s privacy information. The planner requires no health profile.
